The client is responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, item type, and location.

6.Client Obligations
The client declares that:
- the items handed over are their property or they have the legal right to use them
- all pockets and contents have been checked prior to handover
- White Collar has been informed of any existing defects, sensitive stains, or special care instructions
White Collar is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing defects, undeclared sensitive materials, or missing/incorrect care labels.
7.Liability and Limitations
White Collar makes every effort to provide services at high professional standards. However:
- liability is limited to the value of the service provided for the respective item
- no compensation is granted for indirect losses, moral damages, or loss of income
8.Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in Romanian lei (RON) and may include or exclude VAT, in accordance with applicable legislation.
White Collar reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.
Payment is made according to the options available on the Website or as contractually agreed.
