This clause applies exclusively to Business-to-Business (B2B) commercial relationships between White Collar and its partner companies, including their employees designated as users of the services.
“Luxury items” shall mean, without limitation, clothing and accessories belonging to high-end brands, items with high market or declared value, items made from delicate or rare materials (such as natural silk, cashmere, fine wool, leather, fur), as well as couture, made-to-measure, unique pieces, or items with artistic or sentimental value.
The B2B client is obliged to expressly declare, at the time of handover, any luxury item, as well as any relevant information regarding its estimated value, special materials, care instructions, existing defects, pre-existing wear, or particular characteristics of the item. Undeclared luxury items are processed exclusively at the client’s own risk.
White Collar reserves the right to refuse acceptance of luxury items or to condition their acceptance on the client’s agreement to additional terms, special procedures, or separate written agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, White Collar’s liability for luxury items is strictly limited to the value of the service provided for the respective item. White Collar shall not be liable for any depreciation of the item’s commercial value, indirect losses, reputational damage, loss of profit, moral damages, or consequences resulting from normal wear and tear, hidden defects, or incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
White Collar’s services do not include insurance coverage for the full market value of luxury items, unless there is an express prior contractual agreement providing otherwise.
White Collar assumes no liability for items of high sentimental or personal value. The handover of such items is carried out exclusively at the client’s own risk.
By handing over items to White Collar, the B2B client confirms that they have been informed of this clause, fully understand it, and accept it in its entirety.
