White Collar provides cleaning and finishing services dedicated exclusively to the professional wardrobe. We do not work in volume. We work to a standard. Each piece is treated individually, according to its material, cut, and real use. For us, a jacket is not an object. It is an extension of your image.

    • How does the 48-hour cycle work?

      White Collar operates on a fixed, predictable cycle:

      • Tuesday – Pickup / Thursday – Delivery
      • Wednesday – Pickup / Friday – Delivery

      Items are collected from the building’s pickup point, sorted, professionally processed (WET & DRY), finished, and returned within a maximum of 48 hours.

      The turnaround time is guaranteed, regardless of volume.

    • Can I schedule a different pickup or delivery time?

      The standard schedule is designed to ensure efficiency and guaranteed turnaround times for all partner buildings.

      However:

      • In exceptional situations, we can offer an Express 24h Service, subject to availability.
      • Some buildings may benefit from additional pickup days if user volume is high.

      Requests can be made easily via the form or directly with the concierge.

    • What is the difference between WET and DRY cleaning?

      DRY Cleaning
      A professional chemical process used for:

      • suits, blazers
      • coats and delicate materials
      • wool, silk, cashmere garments

      It protects the fiber and does not involve direct contact with water.

      WET Cleaning
      A controlled, water-based cleaning process, ideal for:

      • standard textiles
      • synthetic fabrics
      • durable casual or office wear

      We automatically select the appropriate method based on the garment’s material.

    • What happens if I forget to pick up my clothes?

      Items are securely stored with the concierge.

      After 7 days, the client is notified; after 30 days, the items enter an extended storage procedure.

    • What if I’m not at the office on delivery day?

      Delivery is made to the same concierge point in the building, in a secure area.

      If you have sensitive items or special instructions, you can leave a note in the garment bag or in the order form.

    • How can I check the status of my order?

      All items are tagged with a unique code.
      Order status can be checked via:

      • pickup notification (confirmation)
      • delivery notification (ready for pickup)
      • optional access to the client area (pilot phase)

      The process is fully transparent.

    • Are delicate garments accepted?

      Yes. We accept:

      • silk
      • cashmere
      • fine fabrics
      • office dresses
      • wool garments

      We do not accept extreme items (e.g. very rare natural furs or garments requiring special licensed treatments—these are communicated at pickup).

    • Do you accept footwear?

      Yes, we professionally clean:

      • shoes

      • ankle boots
      • boots
      • leather or textile bags and backpacks

      The process is manual or mechanized, depending on the material.

    • What is the average price per order?

      For office garments, the average is:

      RON 70–110 per order, depending on the type of items.

    • Is there a minimum order requirement?

      No. We also accept individual items.
